Team Report Feb 14
Team SNLT met in the library to focus on and to finalize our power point. Each team member has found video clips to support the definitions of framing, gate-keeping, agenda- setting, and cultivation. We each have put together power point slides, and have emailed them to Stef. During our presentation in class each team member will present their slides and explain the truth vs. "truthiness" of their findings.

Team Report Feb 8
Team SNLT met in the library to discuss more about our topic. Our plan is to define truth vs. truthiness, agenda-setting, gatekeeping, and framing within our power point, and find video clips to show examples of these definitions. Stef is researching Bill O' Reilley, Landon is over Glenn Beck, Travis has Stephen Colbert, and Nichole is tackling Jon Stewart. Our assignment is to find video clips that help support the definitions and emailing power point slides of our findings to Stef by Friday. Stef has been assigned to organize the slides that each team member emails her. We are meeting on Monday Feb 14 to go over the power point and discuss anything we might have missed.

Team Report Feb. 1
Team SNLT; Stefanie Stack, Nichole Taylor, Landon Kohler, and Travis Bourne, met together in room 419 at the Merril Cazier Library on February 1. Our topic choice for project 1, truth vs. truthiness, is global warming/climate change. During our team meeting we discussed what each team member should tackle for this project. Stef and Landon are over researching global warming with Fox News, but focusing more with Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilley. Travis was assigned Stephen Colbert on the Colbert Report. And Nichole is researching our topic with Jon Stewart and the Daily Show. The format we've chosen to present in class is a power point.
