Team Report Feb 14

Team SNLT met in the library to focus on and to finalize our power point. Each team member has found video clips to support the definitions of framing, gate-keeping, agenda- setting, and cultivation. We each have put together power point slides, and have emailed them to Stef. During our presentation in class each team member will present their slides and explain the truth vs. "truthiness" of their findings.

    My assignment was to focus on Jon Stewart and the Daily Show. I have found three video clips that help define the truth vs. truthiness of global warming on the Daily Show. These video clips also define framing, agenda setting, and cultivation.

    For my assignment I focused on Fox News and the different media effects theories in which they use to get their point across to their viewers. I also created the definition slides in the powerpoint.
